He Missed Basketball for This?

This post is simply to remind you to tip your pizza delivery man, because he may be a great guy and he may be having a rough time and he may be trying to provide for a family. Tonight, Spencer was at work at Domino's Pizza and they had him stay late to fill in for someone. He got a delivery that was way far away and when he got there, he couldn't find the address that had been given to him. He called the person and was on the phone for like 15 minutes driving around trying to find this address. The guy confirmed the address a couple times. Finally, Spencer asked to speak to someone else in the household who might be able to explain the directions a little better. So, the next person gets on the phone and Spencer asks them to confirm the address. What do you know? The first guy had given him the wrong address... over and over again. So within a minute of talking to the second person, Spencer was at their door with the pizza. Those punks were mad at him that the pizza was late (as if it was his fault in the least) and they gave him a 14 cent tip. Thats worse than no tip at all... it's like a big slap in the face. Jerks! Oh did I mention he missed basketball for this?

What a bummer! Totally not his fault. Poor guy!

People can be so rude! I learned from my waitressing days to always leave a tip. Even if they didn't do the best job - they still get AT LEAST 15% from me. I just think you can never judge what is really going on or what other customers they had to deal with. So rude to only give him a 14 cent tip!

Obviously we should feel pitty for these poor "special needs" people who don't even know how to read numbers on a house. Not to mention the fact that they are such simpltons as to be unable to do basic math (ie tipping) We should all hope that they are no longer left unsupervised with the telephone.
